How do I know which frames will fit my face shape?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). We also offer a virtual try-on tool and a comprehensive style guide to help you find the perfect match for your facial structure.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For prescription lenses, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our optical lab to precision-craft your lenses before dispatch.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund. Please note that custom prescription lenses are subject to a partial restocking fee.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Weiss Optix frames come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage, lens scratches, or normal wear and tear.
Can I use my vision insurance to purchase frames?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide a detailed itemized receipt with every order which you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
